Per , Juric's short tenure as AS Roma boss will finally end after the club's upcoming Serie A clash against Bologna on Sunday as they look to rope in former Manchester City and European Championship-winning Italian coach Roberto Mancini. Mancini has recently left his job as Saudi Arabia national team head coach and is willing to head back to his homeland, however, the 59-year-old is demanding a two-year contract with the option of extending the tenure by one more season.

Juric, who joined Roma in mid-September replacing club legend Daniele De Rossi at the helm, has managed the club in 11 games across all competitions thus far where he won on four occasions, lost as many times and drew thrice. The Croatian will be the third manager the club will sack in 2024 after Jose Mourinho and De Rossi.

The Serie A club have also been strongly linked with a move for former Chelsea coach Frank Lampard who has not managed a club since briefly coaching the Blues in 2023. Lampard has also been tipped to replace Julen Lopetegui at West Ham.
